Feeling unsure how to best support your child through big feelings, tricky behaviours, or developmental needs?
Our Parenting Support Program offers one-off, problem-solving consultations designed to give you clarity, strategies and direction. Through a single session with an experienced child psychologist, occupational therapist, or trauma-informed social worker, you’ll gain expert insights and discover the next steps, services, or supports that can help your child thrive.
Developed by Dr. Nicole Carvill, the program provides direct access to professional guidance via Telehealth, helping you better understand your child’s needs and feel more confident navigating their unique challenges. Whether you’re seeking support with emotional wellbeing, sensory concerns, neurodivergence, social struggles or something else, our team is here to provide practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your family.
Together, we’ll help work through current challenges and uncover the most helpful path forward.
Who is it for?

Targeted support for caregivers
Booking a parenting support session connects you with our experienced team of child development specialists who truly understand what kids need to thrive. Each session includes:

Problem-solving consultation
Book a 60-minute Zoom consultation with a child psychologist, occupational therapist or trauma-informed social worker. Sessions include a comprehensive discussion of your child’s development, current challenges, family dynamics, and existing support. We’ll explore practical, tailored strategies you can start using right away.

Strategy recommendations and resources
After your session, you’ll receive a detailed write-up summarising everything discussed to navigate your way forward and have practical strategies to trial while you wait for additional support, if needed.

Allied health referrals
Where appropriate, we’ll recommend other helpful services, like speech pathology, occupational therapy, or further psychological support with our team.
