If you’ve been searching for guidance that feels supportive, not overwhelming, the Circle of Security Parenting Program, often referred to as COS-P, could be a good fit.
Across 8 weeks, you’ll join a small group of parents to explore your child’s emotional world, guided by psychologists trained in the Circle of Security Parenting Program.
Each session offers the chance to reflect on your parenting journey, share experiences, and learn new approaches that nurture secure relationships. By the end of the COS-P program, many parents feel more equipped to respond to their child’s needs and more confident in their role as a caregiver.
Who is it for?
The Circle of Security Program is open to parents and carers who are looking for practical tools and a safe space to reflect. It’s especially helpful for:
- Parents and carers of children aged 0–6 (concepts can also be applied to older children)
- Families wanting to build stronger, more secure relationships with their children
- Those seeking a nurturing space to share experiences and connect with other parents
Benefits of our COS-P program
Parents often find the most value in the small shifts, understanding their child’s signals, feeling calmer in tough moments, and building stronger bonds. Together in our Circle of Security course, we’ll help you:

Make sense of what your child’s behaviours might be communicating

Respond with greater confidence to your child’s emotional needs

Strengthen attachment and security in your family

Reflect on your parenting journey in a supportive group setting
